These Terms of Service apply to the mobile application “Lingoflow” (hereinafter “App”), developed and operated by Luca Christ.

2. Service Description

The app allows users to improve their language skills through conversations with AI-powered partners. Features include voice messages, translations, pronunciation and grammar feedback, and a subscription model with premium benefits.

3. Requirements for Use

No account is required to use the app. Certain features (e.g. saving progress or enabling notifications) may require the user’s permission or voluntary data input.

4. Costs

The basic version of the app is free to use. A subscription is required to access premium features. Billing is handled by the respective app store. Prices and subscription terms are displayed clearly before purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the app or use it to share unlawful, offensive, or third-party content. Any violation may lead to suspension of access.

6. Disclaimer

The app does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses or feedback. Use is at the user’s own risk.

7. Data Protection

8. Apple Eula

If you downloaded the app via the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available here.

9. Changes to Terms

The provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of any significant changes within the app.
